The inmediate fix is to add the branding after the X11 string, rather than instead of the X11 string:

This is ok for GMaps: 

/usr/bin/MiniBrowser \
	--user-agent='Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/602.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Safari/602.1'
