That's a really good question, and it's quite difficult. I have been able
to build WebKitGTK 2.4 on OSX 10.10, but only the WebKit1 API. On OSX the
JHBuild module set will most likely not work. I used Gnome's JHBuild module
set for OSX, instead of the one provided by WebKit. The instructions are
here:

You'll want to follow the instructions for modulesets-stable and
meta-gtk-osx-gtk3, then do this:

jhbuild build webkit1gtk3

Unfortunately, I have not succeeded in building the WebKit2 API. Well, I
have built it, but the resulting library crashes due to this bug [1].

Good luck! Please let me know if building WebKit1 doesn't work, and I might
be able to help.
