[webkit-gtk] Collapsible blocks fixed?

Can someone tell me whether WebKitGTK+ 2.6.3 fixes the problem I 
described with the up/down arrows of collapsible blocks at Wikipedia 
(mobile)?

My experience is with libwebkitgtk-1.0-0 version 2.4.6 on Ubuntu 
14.04 and 14.10.  Just go to any page at Wikipedia (e.g., 
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebKit[1]) and click on the up/down 
arrow to the left of the heading for a collapsible block (e.g., Origins).  
For me, nothing happens.
