Easy steps for compiling WebKitGTK+ from sources can be found at:
https://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WebKitGTK/StartHacking

If you are not familiar with JHBuild[1], you can also find some simple
(and quite stupid) scripts at:
https://github.com/tanty/jhbuild-epiphany

Those will help on compiling latest Epiphany with latest stable
WebKitGTK+ code. Note, though, that it will use some fresher
dependencies than the ones used by the bots and when compiling *only*
WebKitGTK+ from trunk. However, you can check the really simple bash
script to get an idea of how to use JHBuild.
