All dependencies that affect layout test results should be in the
WebKit JHBuild. If you made sure to run update-webkitgtk-dependencies
before you built you should be using the WebKitGTK+ JHBuild moduleset.
You might try rerunning it to make sure that you have the most
up-to-date dependencies.
