[webkit-gtk] building webkit-gtk using gcc 4.7.2 : error: 'isnan' was not declared in this scope

Adding one more patch workaround fixing std::isnan in 
Tools/DumpRenderTree/TestRunner.cpp, and using CXXFLAGS+= -fpermissive
it appears that the build now completes.
