[webkit-gtk] ICU huuuuuuuuge

Hello,

I'd like to discuss whether webkit-gtk could possibly strpped from the
massive ICU dependency. Admitted, I really have no clue what's inside of
that beast but a fifteen megabytes of something that should imrpove (?)
my already existing UTF-8 support.

If it's possible, i'D like not to install some extra 15 megaybtes of
something that i will possibly never need, browsing only english sites.

can anyone elaborate on why this massive pack of stuff is actually
needed for wkgtk ?
