[webkit-gtk] Unicode backends

I built webkit-gtk using the glib unicode backend. However, when I run my app, 
it still asks for libicuuc40.dll (this is for win32). Where is this 
dependency? Can I get rid of it? I can't find icu built the way I need it 
(mingw32).
