That's what it is for Chromium right now, which is not based on WebKit2. 
I still think it's not a good name for what it is.
As previously discussed in this thread - Qt is not a platform, and it 
wouldn't sound right to me to put Qt's WebKit2 API into such a directory.
That's what I think what Slava suggested sounds more like it.
