[webkit-efl] Building WebKit2?

Finally, webkit2/efl can be compiled in webkit.org.
 
If you want to build webkit2/efl, you should give "-DENABLE_WEBKIT2=On"
 
If https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85041 is landed,
ews will try to build both webkit/efl and webkit2/efl.

Sorry about my pending work.

Some working codes are in https://github.com/bunhere/webkit-mirror
(webkit2-efl branch with WTR/efl), but it is outdated little bit.

Now, I should make a patch to 
  - introduce EWebKit2.h and ewk_xx.h for WebKit2/Efl
(https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84124)
  - catch up latest changes to build webkit2/efl successfully.

I will prepare them as soon as possible.

AFAIR  WEBKIT2 is not complete for EFL yet.
