[webkit-efl] Building WebKit2?

Hello,

Finally, webkit2/efl can be compiled in webkit.org.

If you want to build webkit2/efl, you should give "-DENABLE_WEBKIT2=On"

If https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85041 is landed,
ews will try to build both webkit/efl and webkit2/efl.
