[webkit-efl] Building WebKit2?

Sorry about my pending work.

Some working codes are in
https://github.com/bunhere/webkit-mirror(webkit2-efl branch with
WTR/efl), but it is outdated little bit.

Now, I should make a patch to
  - introduce EWebKit2.h and ewk_xx.h for WebKit2/Efl (
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84124)
  - catch up latest changes to build webkit2/efl successfully.

I will prepare them as soon as possible.
