[webkit-efl] EFL Linux Debug Buildbot online

Hi,

I am happy to inform you that the EFL Debug Buildbot got online tonight 
(EEST).
By now it has completed its maiden build "0" :-)

There's some tuning to do in the next few days, but it already gives us 
useful information.
Let's continue to work on getting the bots green.
