[webkit-efl] C Dom Bindings Announcement

Hello,

Right now I'm working on C API for DOM Bindings which I would like to
contribute to EFL port. Few informations about implementation: 
- DOM Objects will be represented as instances of structures containing
pointers to WebCore objects,
- inheritance represented as inclusion,
- implementation will be mainly generated by code generator similar to
GObject, CPP, ObjC ones etc.

Contribution will include code generator, some custom implementations, API
for  acquiring  access to those bindings and of course changes in CMake
files.
