[webkit-dev] Request for position: MediaTrackConstraintSet.displaySurface

This is a request for WebKit's position on extending getDisplayMedia to
also accept MediaTrackConstraintSet.displaySurface. The PR that introduced
this behavior to the getDisplayMedia spec was approved by Apple engineer
Youenn Fablet.
