[webkit-dev] Request for position: MediaTrackSupportedConstraints.suppressLocalAudioPlayback

This is a request for WebKit's position on extending getDisplayMedia
to also accept DisplayMediaStreamConstraints.systemAudio. The PR that
introduced this behavior to the getDisplayMedia spec was approved by
Apple engineer Youenn Fablet.
