[webkit-dev] Adding ENABLE_CSS_DIRECTIONAL_FOCUS to WebCore.

[Kyounga Ra]

I'm working with WebKit on Linux and will use and maintain on my WebKit.
It could be meaningful as one of the WebKit ports?
