[webkit-dev] Blob will support ArrayBufferView instead of ArrayBuffer for Constructor Parameters

Hi,
     From FileAPI Spec: http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/FileAPI/#dfn-Blob<http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/FileAPI/%23dfn-Blob>
     Blob should support ArrayBufferView instead of ArrayBuffer for Constructor Parameters.
     There is a bug in WebKit to track this issue. https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88294
     I have submitted patch to do that already.
