[webkit-dev] Experimental cr-linux-ews now runs tests

The result of the experiment is success!  These are now running for
real.  I'm not sure how much capacity we'll need.  I've got three
instances running now.  We'll see if that's enough.

If you see any strange behavior, let me know.
