[webkit-dev] Adding ENABLE_FLEXBOX to WebCore

Since it is confusing to me (and may be to others), perhaps a different name than ENABLE_FLEXBOX should be used, given that we already have flexbox. Maybe, ENABLE_NEW_FLEXBOX?
