It's been my experience that pixel results for Cairo ports do not
match unless versions of many dependencies are exactly the same. These
include Fontconfig, FreeType, Pango, Cairo, etc. I think it would be
worthwhile to standardize the dependency versions across all Unixy
Cairo ports.
