https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35573 just adds CloseEvent, as

Closing handshake that will set wasClean flag of CloseEvent will be
implemented in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35721.
Should I put these in one patch?
