Ok, I've checked this in, and linked a skeletal GDB page from the
debugging section of the WebKit wiki home.

If anyone else has GDB tips useful for WebKit, please update that page.
(I will delete the Chrome copy and direct future people to this one
after I give people some advance warning to switch over.)
