[webkit-dev] qt-ews down for a while

Sure, no problem.  It might take me a few days to get to it because
I'll need to upgrade to a new OS image.  Would you prefer the bot stay
operational with qt 4.5 or that I bring the bot down between now and
when I can bring up 4.6?
