Excuse me for interrupting but I was privy to some of this conversation on
IRC a little earlier and was thinking about this.
It seems to me that one could use svn:externals with the URL path to
transition the patches on bugs. Webkit. Org and mention that future patches
should be created against the new tree (the externals) in a really
pronounced message on the site. This may help to migrate with little effort.
