[webkit-dev] buildbot problems

Hi folks.

The WebKit project public buildbots are displaying quite a few  
problems right now:

<http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17793>: WinLauncher build  
failing on the buildbots (Visual Studio Express issue)
<http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17794>: REGRESSION (r30980):  
23 tests hanging on the Mac buildbot
<http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17795>: GTK buildbot failing  
because it can't find ICU headers
<http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17796>: Qt Windows buildbot  
failing because dftables script uses tools not present in that  
configuration

I'll fix that second problem right now. We need some help from others  
to get those other problems fixed!
