[webkit-dev] cygwin gives Bad interpreter No such file or directory

Thanks for your help!

now I have Perl installed (everything else too) but the command to run 
--safari comes up with : ' run-webkit-nightly.cmd' is not recognized as 
an internal or external command, operable program or batch file? 

Any Ideas?
