Hi-

I think this is not "just" an accessibility issue, but a plain usability 
one.  I don't know that I agree it's a blocker, but it is important.

I'd also like whomever is implementing this to take a look at SVG Tiny 
1.2 (much more powerful) navigation, so there is a clear code upgrade 
path to that.
