[webkit-dev] QtLauncher for Windows

Hi all,

I have a project using Qt that is necessary a web browser internally.  I am 
having problems for compilation of WebKti in Windows.  Can QtLauncher to be 
compiled in Windows???    

The error in cygwin is:
