[webkit-dev] cairo.h not found when building on Windows (and some other errors)

At times Windows build is busted and right now it seems to be that time.

Recently cairo files were moved to WebCore\platform\graphics\cairo
directory so, given your description, most likely Windows project file
was not updated to account for that. A fix would be to add the current
path to cairo files to include path.
