Hi David,

No, as Mindy I had to hack around to get the application to compile and
added #include "../../../MemoryManager/inc/MemoryManager.h" to few files
that were complaining about missing references to MemoryManager:: and
related functions.

The first instance of the MemoryManager error on a clean SVN checkout is:
