[webkit-dev] New Releases Directory

Sorry for all of the commit emails from me. (No I am not trying to  
raise my commit count on CIA. I just have to do each move a directory  
at a time.)

I have added a new directory in our open source tree /svn/webkit/ 
releases. Under this directory will be tags of all the public  
releases of WebKit.

Here is how the directory is looking now:

Apple/Tiger/
	- More releases to be added later.
	- Mac OS X Update 10.4.3
	- Mac OS X Update 10.4.4
	- Mac OS X Update 10.4.5
	- Security Update 2006-001
	- Security Update 2006-002
Apple/Panther/
	- Exact releases to be added later.

Look for more old (and new) release tags that will be added over  
time. These tags pre-date the open source project and will not work  
with our modern build system.
