[webkit-dev] WebKit starter page

Hi all,

In an ongoing effort to liken things up, Mark Rowe, Mitz Pettel and 
myself have also made a new page for the nightlies. It's located at: 
http://dev.outbreak.nl/webkitsite/nightly.php .
