[wpe-webkit] WPE for layer-based svg engine

Hi, WPE,

Recently I read a blog post about Layer-based SVG engine(https://wpewebkit.org/blog/status-of-lbse-in-webkit.html). Now I have successfully built the WPE in RPi and run the webkit kernel via Cog. The question is that how should I enable the feature of Layer-based SVG engine and then test the performance? via configuration from cog or build the webkit from different branch? Any specific documentation about this?

Does anyone know that? That will be very helpful for me. ��
