This is a development release leading towards the 2.40 series.

## What's new in WPE WebKit 2.39.91?

- Rename WebKitWebExtension to WebKitWebProcessExtension in the new API.
- Remove WebKitJavascriptResult in favor of using JSCValue directly in the
  new API.
- Add new API to get the request body of WebKitURISchemeRequest.
- Make it possible to handle WebKitDownload::decide-destination signal
  asynchronously.
- Allow WebKitDownload destination to be a path instead of a URI.
- Make the output from webkit://gpu exportable as JSON.
- Improve scrolling performance in accelerated compositing mode.
- Implement KeyboardEvent.repeat.
- Fix the build in Ubuntu 20.04 and Debian Stable.
- Fix several crashes and rendering issues.

APIs, it is suitable for projects requiring any kind of web
integration, from hybrid HTML/CSS applications to full-fledged web
