This is a development release leading towards the 1.10 series.

## What's new in WPEBackend-fdo 1.9.91?

- Fixed more cases of invalid usage of Wayland client connections in the
  nested compositor which caused crashes in some situations.
- Fix the build with version of Python older than 3.6

WPEBackend-fdo is a backend implementation for WPE WebKit which targets
FreeDesktop.org (FDO) technologies, and uses Wayland for graphics output.
