[wpe-webkit] libwpe & wpebackend-fdo branched for 1.6

Hello all,

I have created the new stable branches for the 1.6 releases [1][2], and
the corresponding labels “merge:libwpe-1.6” and “merge:wpebackend-fdo-1.6”
to mark and track pull requests to be merged to the release branches.

As a reminder, versions 1.6 of libwpe and wpebackend-fdo will be released
alongside WPE WebKit 2.28, which will require them.
