This is a development release leading towards the 2.28 series.

## What's new in WPE WebKit 2.27.91?

- Add support for 2D-axis smooth motion input events.
- Add support for exporting decoded frames as DMA-BUF directly to the video
  sink when GStreamer places them in EGL memory.
- Update User-Agent quirks to fix the "Unsupported browser" message in
  several Google services.
- Install the QtWPE QML plug-in in a standard location.
- Fix QtWPE API headers.
- Fix several compilation warnings with GCC 10.
- Fix the build with GCC 10.
- Fix several crashes and rendering issues.

WPE WebKit is an embeddable port of the WebKit rendering engine.
Offering WebKit's full functionality through a set of GObject-based
APIs, it is suitable for projects requiring any kind of web
integration, from hybrid HTML/CSS applications to full-fledged web
browsers.
