[wpe-webkit] New page with release information in the website

Hello everybody,

This is just a quick heads up to announce that a new page has been added
to the WPE WebKit website with some information about the release schedule,
the versioning scheme [1], and a compatibility table for libwpe, WPE WebKit,
and WPEBackend-fdo. You can find it at:

  https://wpewebkit.org/release/schedule/

As a side note about the website: the complete sources for it are available
in GitHub [2], and contributions to improve it welcome as well — just follow
the usual fork + edit + submit PR workflow.

[1] While for many it was probably clear that we have been following the
    GLib/GTK version numbering scheme, it is still good to have it written
	down instead of assuming that people will “just know” :-)
