[wpe-webkit] Changing libwpe + wpebackend-fdo repo settings to disallow merge commits

Hello everybody!

I have the intention of changing the settings of the GitHub repositories for
libwpe [1] and WPEBackend-fdo [2] to disable the “Allow merge commits” option
in order to have a linear Git commit history even when applying pull request
from the Web interface.

Unless somebody is against, the switch will be flipped by Friday next week.
