[wpe-webkit] AArch64 builds in AUR

Since that post, a lot has changed.

   - ArchLinuxARM officially supports Aarch64 version of the Pi (before it
   was listed as experimental)
   - VC driver is mainstream so nobody cares about the blob anymore
   - pretty much everything I've tested in there, including GPIO, works

Only the screen doesn't bot automatically, but I'm sure somebody found a
way to have the official display up and running in there too.

Why 64 bit WPE ? 'cause all boards are going out with aarch64 so that my
build would work in every recent to future platform (I have no intention to
maintain RPi2 since it's in maintenance mode and not as popular anymore as
it used to be)
