<pre>It's kinda misleading of `typeof WebAssembly !== "undefined"` but we know that compilation will never succeed. It's also weird to have WebAssembly.Memory if JIT is off.
A WebKit1 embedding would be a weird place to expose WebAssembly JS objects.</pre>
