Issue in IOS 10.3 with text-align:justify

In the Page, I used paragraph with RTL texts and used justify alignment using css property text-align: justify
In Safari 10.3 text is overflowing, looks like breaking the layout see the screenshot - 1 below
In all the previous versions of IOS safari prior to 10.3 is working fine see the screenshot - 2 below
