iOS Safari Memory increase prompt

While caching via Application Cache (specified in manifest file), it shows a memory increase prompt and ask to allow more `Local Storage`.
However submitting that button casuses safari to crash instead of enabling higher memory allowance.

Making it impossible to cache application assets and ability to run offline.
This doesn't happen with previous versions of iOS.
