<pre>When using a debug build of WebKit, you will see something like:
Failed to open file JSC Config file '/private/car/folders/blah blah/com.apple.Safari/WebKit/JavaScriptCoreDebug/JSC.config'.
This is dues to processing of the JavaScript configuration file being enabled for Debug builds.
We should disable this process on Debug builds to match what happens with Release builds.</pre>
