Loading <a href="http://output.jsbin.com/yucorey">http://output.jsbin.com/yucorey</a> shows an example page which demonstrates that currently sticky is creating a stacking context (i.e. the z-index 2 descendant is stacked below the z-index 1 sibling.</pre>
