<pre>In DFGSpeculativeJIT64.cpp emitCall(), we need to put jsUndefined values in both argument registers and stack slots for extra argument.
This is needed because the LLInt entry points are generic and don't know home many parameters to expect for a particular call. Therefore these thunks don't know that they should spill extra register arguments to the stack.</pre>
