Or do we want to change the spec?

1. Go to <a href="https://jsbin.com/tevepaw">https://jsbin.com/tevepaw</a>
2. Focus the text
3. Wait for 2 seconds
4. Notice that both 'beforeinput'/'input' will be logged</pre>
