Correcting the reproducing steps:
1. Open the attached test case.
Result: The SVG images are displayed as if there were no SVG fragments in the source URL.
Expected: All the images should display a single rectangle which is filled with solid color.
2. Copy the test case with the SVG locally.
Result: the SVG are displayed as expected.</pre>
