<pre>You don't need the CORS proxy url for Cordova based apps. For some reason it is completely ignored.
It can play inline , you just need the inline attribute configured on the video element and then configure inline playback configs in Cordova.
It is only working with mp4 files.
I am now having webgl rendering issues with HLS that I'm trying to resolved. It's not pretty. Webkit is pretty buggered up really and unstable for webvr.
I saw the CORS issue becoming a problem years ago trying to implement snapshot features and it was never fixed of course.</pre>
